Expansion Systems & Cell Line Expertise
Recipharm Advanced Bio has extensive expertise in handling adherent and suspension cultures, with proficiency in adapting cells to suspension and serum-free conditions. Our expansion systems include:
- T-flasks, roller bottles, multi-layer vessels (CellStacks, HYPERStack®)
- Shake flask formats (up to 5 L unit size)
- Large-scale bioreactors (up to 50 L for purified virus banks)
- Virus harvesting from supernatants, cells, or combination methods
- Lysis techniques, including freeze/thaw, hypotonic lysis, and mechanical disruption
We can also integrate additional cell lines as needed and establish primary tissues such as chick embryo fibroblasts (CEFs) derived from specified pathogen-free (SPF) eggs.
