Conventional QC relies on a patchwork of instruments and offline testing, which drives up costs and slows down development. Recimagine PAT consolidates advanced analytical technologies —including UV/Vis, Raman, mid-IR, near-IR, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and multi-angle light scattering (MALS) — within a single, mobile skid. Controlled by proprietary orchestration software, the system unifies data collection, analysis, and recipe execution while enabling feedback and feed-forward control in real time.
This powerful integration eliminates the need for redundant offline testing, reduces QC hold times, and supports predictive analytics that keep processes under tighter, more reliable control.
While initially proven with xRNA as a test case, Recimagine PAT is modality-agnostic and supports applications across mAbs, RNAi, small molecules, antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs), cell therapies, and beyond.
In-house developed orchestration software connects instruments, captures data, executes recipes, and generates models. It instantly converts raw data into critical quality attributes (CQAs), supports digital twin integration, and evolves through machine learning to deliver increasingly accurate predictive insights.
Recimagine PAT is designed to be modular, configurable, and mobile as a resource that adapts to different CQAs, processes, and modalities. Its plug-and-play decks allow rapid reconfiguration, making it as flexible as it is powerful.
Each run feeds into a continuously learning Knowledge Hub, strengthening predictive control strategies and enhancing experimental design over time.
